“V For Vendetta” The Movie And These Days.
I must confess that the day I watched the trailer of “V For Vendetta” at the movie theater I wasn't any close to be willing to pay a ticket for watching that guy with a funny mask on his face. It seemed to me it would be one more of those simple movies extracted from a not very known “comic” (at least for me) that are appearing in theaters quite often these days. But now that I watched it, I think I was judging this movie wrong and not being totally fair with the writer and director.
It was quite surprising to follow the story and its continuous resemblance to what is happening today in a not too far away country and not too strange neighborhoods. In the movie is England that has been taken over by a group of fanatics that have concluded that their reason to live is power and the imposition of his world model and ideas over everyone and everywhere. There is a continuous war outside the borders and inside democracy is over; meanwhile fear is alive. People has lost the power of questioning reality and take conscience of the terrible consequences of living under such a decadent regime. It is a model based not in reason not in justice. Is the model “fascists” preach, where obedience and a “clock-like” functioning of the society in the interest of a few “chosen ones” is needed.
But suddenly there is a problem menacing the “status-quo”, they (without knowing) have created their own finisher. It is a figure that appears to us as a mix of revenge with a revolutionary mind, its name is “V”. Though the movie makes it closer to a simple vengeance thirst of this character, which is a bad point for the writer, but anyway; the film put us in front of tyranny being challenged by a single questioner, a single doubt of what has been happening to that society and his menace to multiply those doubts once the right time has come, this is…The 5th of November.
There is also the human side of “V”, he meets the girl in the movie thanks to his opportune showing while she is about to be raped by a group of secret agents of the “fascist” regime that have catch her walking at the wrong hours. You are not even the owner of your time as long as the preachers of “England Prevails” are in power. She escapes safe thanks to “V” but only to be initiated into the world of those who will change that world. She will be the guest and prisoner of “V” until she finally learns that there is nothing to fear but fear itself.
At the end there seems to be a split of the vengeance appetites of “V” and the revolutionary intentions that have been growing as the story develops. It becomes somewhat clear that everything coming from the old regime must die, including “V”, but he has left a final gift and maybe a lesson for those who want to learn it. Passions belong to individuals and can be very powerful forces; but revolutions can not be made by one or two individuals, revolutions are made by the conscience and willing of the people.

The advantages offered by a good converting program far outweighed the trial and error hassles I found using outdated free programs.

Transformer Armada
Transformers Universe Armada Series Mini-Con Class 12-Pack
The Transformer Armada action figure set is probably my favorite. It is great because the figures are small enough to carry around in the Armada carrying case to travel. It is also nice because your child will immediately have a set that he or she can play with creatively and imagine new stories. Click on the Armada icon below and read some of the reviews on these products. You will find that customers have been very satisfied with this set. It has received a five star rating and some adults say that they even purchased a set for themselves just as collectibles. I have a feeling that Transformers Universe Armada Series Mini-Con Class 12-pack will be hard to find by the end of summer.

Transformer Bumblebee 16 inch kids Bike
Transformer Bumblebee 16 inch kids bike
The Transformer Bumblebee 16 inch kids bike is quickly becoming the hot toy of the summer. I am going to surprise my son in a couple of weeks when he finishes kindergarten. I recently purchased one from ebay.com. The entire process was easier than I thought. I was not even a member of ebay but when I found that they had the best deals, I signed right up. It only took a few minutes to sign up and order the bike as well. I figure it is the least I could do. He has worked so hard this year. The Transformer Bumble Bee is his favorite, even more so than Jetfire, Galvitron, Devastator, and Wheeljack. Those guys run a close second.
When I heard that there was a Bumble Bee kids bike on the market I searched for one right away. I know that this bike will be hard to find soon. Since Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen comes to theaters this June any toy that has to do with Transformers is going to sell like hot cakes. My son and all of his friends are constantly playing Transformers at recess and in the yard after school. The next item I am going to pick up from ebay is the Bumblebee Transformer Voice Mixer. I think I want one of those just for myself. It's a mask of Bumble Bees head that has a voice mixer built in that alters your voice when you speak through it. I recently took him to the Robot convention, AKA Robotcon, in Pasadena. I think every kid in the place was wearing a Bumble Bee Voice Mixer. We were so jealo
us. I told my son to keep working hard in school and something good would be in store for him soon. I am so proud of his accomplishments this year. He has done so well with learning to read and counting that I feel he deserves a reward for all of his hard work.
If you have a deserving ,Transformer loving, child like mine take look at what's hot on ebay and sign up to be a shopper. Believe me you can't beat the prices and the convenience. I bought everything I needed and did not burn one ounce of gas.
There is also a great supply of Transformer action figures on ebay as well. I always find the best deals for him there. He always gives me a name of a specific
Transformer that I know I will never remember once I get to the store. I usually ask him which ones he likes at the toy store and let him point one out and then I come home and order it online. Another place that I find really good deals on action figures is Amazom.com. They always carry Transformer action figures that are hard to find. It saves a lot of stressful shopping by going to these places. For a long time I thought Amazon.com was only an online bookstore. They pretty much have anything you can think of.
